These Terms & Conditions apply to all website design services provided by Online Made Simple.

By engaging my services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Online Made Simple provides website design and related digital services for UK businesses. The scope of each project will be agreed before work begins.

Quotes & Payment

All quotations are provided in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

  • The remaining balance is payable before the website goes live.

  • All prices are quoted in GBP.

Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, you agree to provide any required information, including:

  • Text and written content

  • Images or logos (where applicable)

  • Business information

  • Feedback and approvals in a timely manner

Delays in providing content may affect the project timeline.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included during the design process.

Any additional work or significant changes outside the agreed project scope may be quoted separately.

Website Launch

Your website will be published once:

  • The project has been approved.

  • Final payment has been receive

The website build typically takes up to 7 working days from the date all required content, images, logos, access details and any other requested information have been received.

Third-Party Services

Your website may rely on third-party services, including website hosting, domain providers and other external platforms.

Online Made Simple is not responsible for outages, changes or issues caused by third-party providers.

Client Content

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any text, images, logos or other content you provide.

Online Made Simple accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement relating to client-supplied materials.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver a high-quality website, Online Made Simple cannot guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings or increases in enquiries.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, any completed work and time spent up to the cancellation date may be chargeable.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
